This policy explains how Jingle Lights handles personal information when you visit jinglelightsmn.com, request a quote through our website or Facebook and Instagram lead forms, or contact us about our services. Jingle Lights is based in Edina and serves the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.

Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, ZIP code, preferred installation timing, areas you want decorated, lighting and removal preferences, budget, and other project details. We also receive messages and any property photos you choose to send, and keep records of our communications about your request or service.

Our website and its hosting, security, and form providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referral information, and request times to deliver and protect their services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; check our service area; prepare designs and quotes; arrange installation, maintenance, or removal; communicate about your project; keep business records; and address errors, spam, or misuse. We may contact you by phone, text, or email using the details you provide in connection with your request. Requesting a quote is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing.

Forms and service providers

• Website quote forms: Submissions are sent through FormSubmit to our business email inbox. FormSubmit and the email provider process the submitted information to deliver and store the request. FormSubmit may present a spam check when you submit.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: When you submit a Jingle Lights lead form, Meta collects the information you submit and makes it available to us. Our lead-delivery connection can transfer this information into HubSpot so we can manage inquiries and follow up. Meta also processes information under its Privacy Policy.
• Customer records: We use HubSpot to help organize lead information and customer communications. HubSpot processes information on behalf of businesses using its services, as described in the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
• Website operation: Our hosting and security providers process information needed to serve and protect the website. The website uses Cloudflare security services and loads some fonts from Google.

Information is available to the people and providers helping us respond to your inquiry and carry out your service. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or resolve a legal claim.

Cookies and third-party websites

Website security and spam-prevention services may use cookies or similar technologies. Requests for fonts send technical connection information, including your IP address, to Google. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect forms or security checks.

Our website does not currently include an installed Meta Pixel or HubSpot visitor-tracking script. Facebook, Instagram, and other services you visit through links have their own privacy and cookie practices. Their processing is covered by their respective policies.

Retention and security

How long we retain information depends on the purpose and status of your inquiry or project, our ongoing service relationship, and applicable recordkeeping or legal needs. Information may remain in our email, customer-management systems, and providers’ backups according to their retention processes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form, although we need enough information to prepare a quote or provide service. You can call or text us to ask about information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further quote follow-up. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be kept for service, legal, or recordkeeping reasons. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

To stop text follow-up, reply STOP or tell us directly. You can also tell us your preferred way to be contacted. For information held independently by Meta or another provider, use that provider’s privacy settings or request process.
